Saunderson appeared in the independent drama R#J, a Gen Z version of Romeo and Juliet, which debuted at Sundance earlier this year. Saunderson was praised for his performance as Mercutio in Timur Bekmambetov's adaptation and Carey Williams' direction. His other television credits include BOOMERANG and MESSIAH on Netflix.
